The Young Professionals for United Way will be holding its 3^rd Annual Wine Gala on Friday, November 22^nd at Chippanee Country Club in Bristol.  Doors open at 5:30pm and tastings will occur until 8:30pm.  Proceeds will benefit the United Way of West Central Connecticut.

The community is invited to attend this exciting wine tasting fundraiser to sample over 50 wines, try many delicious hors d’oeuvres and enter to win raffle prizes!

Maple End Package Store in Bristol will be providing the wine for the event and will be taking orders for the holiday season.  Wines will be available to be picked up in early December to give as gifts or bring to holiday gatherings!

Tickets for this fun holiday event are $35 each.  Tickets must be purchased ahead of time by calling United Way at (860) 582-9559 or logging onto their website – www.youngprofessionalsforunitedway.org.  

The group responsible for this event, the Young Professionals for United Way, is a group of 21 to 35 year-olds who are all interested in giving back to the community and making it a better place to live and work.  They are a group of young professionals, who work at local businesses and schools, who offer fundraising, volunteering, and networking opportunities to other people their age. This is the third year the group will be holding this event and they are hoping the community will come out to support it and raise money for United Way!
